Tonight I stumbled on a folder of pictures from a bike trip that Jonathan & I took through the Illinois countryside last fall. The Autumn of 2010 stretched on and on with beautiful 75 degree days and plenty of golden sunshine. Our friend, Ken, had been offering his gorgeous Honda Goldwing for us to use for awhile… and we came upon a day too beautiful not to accept the offer.

It was time for the soybean harvest…

We stopped to watch the reaping machine for awhile.

I was lucky to spot this beautiful vintage car while it was coming and snatch a shot of it…

We drove a little further until we spotted a herd of sheep… and a lone horse

the funny sheep got really curious!

My Nebraska boy loves feeding horses…

I love nature…

And you know me… I have to stop for a good rustic barn…

I loved how this gravel road seemed to stretch on and on… had to process it B & W

Thanks Ken for the lend. We had a great time…
