I would like to end the year of blog posts with one of my favorite couples sessions to date. Several factors made this sessions memorable. First of all, Samantha is a fellow photographer, and I always find it such a compliment and responsibility when a fellow artists trusts me with their own photo session. Second of all, Justin & Samantha were two people that I felt an immediate connection with. Maybe everyone that meets them feels this way, but they’re beautiful people, inside and out and have an obvious spark for each other. It is sweet to be able to witness love, and one of my favorite things about being a photographer. Lastly, the session took part in downtown Chicago at Christmastime. If you’ve never been to Chicago at Christmas, you can’t know the magic… but it’s lovely. Thank you again Justin & Samantha for letting me tell a bit of your love story. <3
